That’s why we’ve made significant investments in training, credentialing, and workplace wellness to support our team at every level. Highly Credentialed, Trauma-Informed Staff
By the end of this year, our team will include:

Multiple master-level licensed therapists providing clinical services across Indiana

A master-level provider certified as a Train-the-Trainer for the Strengthening Families program

Master-level therapists and bachelor-level providers trained in Seeking Safety, an evidence-based model for trauma and substance use

Clinicians trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for emotional regulation and mental health stability

Master-level therapists trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma recovery
-
All staff trained in Motivational Interviewing (MI)—a client-centered approach to behavior change

A Train-the-Trainer certified Car Seat Technician to support family safety and compliance

Providers at both master’s and bachelor’s levels trained in Supervisory-level MI
-
Staff trained in the Matrix Model for substance use/misuse recovery, including bachelor-level, master-level, and direct care providers

A Train-the-Trainer certified bachelor-level provider in QPR (Question, Persuade, Refer) suicide prevention
