Griffin & Associates Recognized Among 2026 Bell Seal Awardees for Workplace Mental Health

Griffin & Associates, LLC is honored to be recognized among Mental Health America’s 2026 Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health awardees. This national recognition celebrates employers who are committed to creating mentally healthy workplaces through strong policies, supportive benefits, healthy workplace culture, compliance, and holistic wellness practices.

Mental Health America recognized 410 employers in 2026, marking another record-breaking year for the Bell Seal program. Since 2019, the Bell Seal has served as a leading national standard for organizations that are prioritizing the mental health and well-being of their employees.

This year’s recognized employers collectively support more than 4.19 million workers across 40 states, Washington, D.C., and 22 industries. Together, these organizations are helping move workplace mental health forward in meaningful ways.

According to Mental Health America, 54% of renewing employers improved their scores this year, 19% advanced to a higher recognition level, and 47 organizations have maintained Bell Seal recognition for five or more years. Of those, 24 have maintained Platinum status every year.
